Description Visionaries: Knights of the Magical Light

A short lived toy line and cartoon from Hasbro and Sunbow Productions. I liked the animated show back in the day and I still like it today. Only 13 episodes were made.

The character show here is Cindarr, one of theΒ evil Darkling Lords. He is summoning forth the "Power of Destruction" from his Staff.
In order to summon the creature he would have to say:Β "By nature's hand, by craft, by art; what once was one now fly apart!"

I don't remeber seeing this cartoon when I was a kid, but I accidently 'bumped to it' when I wasΒ  searching something. After I watched some episodes I was wondering if Lego Nexo Knights took some inspirationΒ  from this. Ok, sure, there have always been cartoons wich mixed tech + sorcery,Β  futuristic+medieval, but for some reason these two cartoons/toylines areΒ  so suspicious to me Β
