Description
This is my villainess character Richterror. She kind of has a 'will they won't they' relationship with the Invincible Roach and is a bottom tier villain trying to rise through the ranks to the top. Basically her powers caused her to rapid vibrate to the point of causing massive destruction around her, so she uses her gloves and backpack to help stabilize her body and allows her to manipulate her powers to create seismic activity at will, up to a 10.0.

Again, not doing villains yet, but I noticed that Mr Greenlight recently revealed his character Ms Richter, so I was kind of inspired to do the design for Richterror.
