Whoa, great work! The varying line weights give off a nice sense of depth, and all those highlights on the dragons look very well planned and executed.

I just have a few criticisms- From the way you drew the outlines of the splash and the way you highlighted the water on all sides of the shape, it looks like it could be something thicker than water, like hair gel. I'd suggest thinner individual drips that curve more with the motion of the dragon's arms, as well as highlights on only one edge of every shape the water forms. Also, the fingers of the smaller dragon's hand appear to be curving the wrong way in this pose (the tips should probably point to the left). Finally, is the big dragon's wing supposed to be directly attached to his arm? It's just that dragon wings usually sprout from between the shoulder blades, and I'm not sure how they'd function directly connected to the shoulder itself.

Having said that, the rest of the anatomy and the composition both look successful, and the color palette deftly sets the characters apart from the background. Well done!!

Glad you like it ^^

I understand what you mean, about splashes of water, I didn't think about it, I will make it better next time
Alo, hands always are pain in neck for me :/ I can't draw thme properly, even with references xD
About the wing... I was thinking about that some time ago, and I came up with idea which links muscles and bones from arm to wing arm I personally don't like when wing grows behind pront paws I should work with it though, to make it hm... less... 'visible'

Thanks for the criticism ^^
