and yes, this is for *CITPrincess's contest [link] i wanted to do SOMETHING - not nessicarilly mermaid-e but. . . i kind of liked the way this came out
sorry, i would have colored it, but since my computer's still broken, im stuck on my moms old piece o junk.
I've never done something for a competition, so wish me luck
