He wanted a simple pic of Count Bleck, from super paper mario. I had fun with this! C: Since its my first go at him i used this as a ref: [link]

I always wanted to do this pose! 
that wooshy cape style of thing is fun to do, and i coloured bleck with Crayola pencils, and Crayola markers, and then edited the sparkles and light using GIMP.and yah, sorry for the lateness too, ill get them all done with patience :3

I can't believe this is Traditional until I zoomed in, then thought: "oh its Nat of course its Traditional." XP
the style of that cape is just amazing your right about it being very whoosh-y, and I feel like a broken record when I say: "your shading is one of a kind" XP

Im pretty used to to traditional colouring, even though i like using digital software for assistance in things and areas that tradition will not go :3 The wooshy cape was fuuuun! >:3 and im also glad people have asked for a mixture of things when it comes to commissions,
