Here is a new drawing did for us, becouse he liked our Makoto Nijima set!^^

Are you sure you're not talking about her casual outfit? (As the main characters in this game have multiple outfits throughout the game.) Because that one (White blouse and short pants but not at the length of shorts.) she indeed doesn't wear socks. But this is her school attire and I can't find evidence that these are not black tights or at least leggings as pants would be looser on her legs than what she has on. If you can find an image of it proving me wrong that would be great but it does seem she does wear tights in her school uniform attire.
