It's a case of mistaken identity when Samus from the "Metroid" franchise ends up on the list as the newest Damsel in Distress.
As the video opens, we find an unknown person peeking through the door and seeing a young woman getting dressed in a formfitting suit. He looks at a picture of what seems to be D.Va from the back, and from the blue color, this person believes they have found their target and prepares a rag soaked in chloroform. Then that same person sneaks back into the room to carry out their plan.
From the next angle, we see that the woman this person is about to jump on is not D.Va, but Samus from the "Metroid" franchise. And as she finishes dressing, the unknown person sneaks up behind her and chloroforms her into unconsciousness, but not before she puts up a losing fight to get away.
With that deed done, Samus's attacker goes through her luggage, eventually finding a pair of panties and decides, "I know where these are going." And then, he steps toward the unconscious Samus and stuffs the wad of panties within her oral cavity before sealing it with a strip of plaster tape, which he smooths so as not to allow it to crease.
Next, he winds a mesh of rope around Samus's ankles, looping and wrapping it, circuit after circuit before cinching it with a hard knot. Then he does the same thing with Samus's wrists, which he brings behind her back before binding them. Just then, the man's cell phone rings, and he says to the caller on the other end, "I got her." (Little does he know that Samus is not the girl he's supposed to target.) He states he's preparing her for transport before leaving his quarry alone, unconscious, and paralyzed.
As Samus slowly comes to, she realizes her predicament and pushes herself into a sitting position and starts struggling, tugging at the cords binding her wrists while her ankles tug at the ropes binding them. She reaches for the ropes binding her ankles, but is unable to grasp them. Samus squirms and strains against her ropes with all her strength, but can find no slack within her bonds, even while scratching at the ropes binding her wrists. No contortion she makes does her good, either, as the ropes at both her wrists and her ankles are just out of her reach.
Long moments pass, and Samus is still struggling, before her assailant returns and finds his captive awake. However, he wants this to be easy, so he unscrews the bottle of chloroform again and dampens the cloth again. Samus struggles harder and pleads him not to do it, but he merely clamps the cloth over her nose and mouth, knocking her unconscious again.
With that deed done, he reaches into his bag and withdraws several belts (large and small), a larger cloth, and a large bag. We don't see much after that, but we do know that Samus has been slipped into the bag, being prepared for transport as her assailant zips her up inside. Then he binds the belts over several spots on Samus's person—at her ankles, at her knees, below her chest, and above her chest—and with each belt, he tightens with their buckles. Just as he's buckling the belt under Samus's chest, she stirs herself awake, but it's too late to do anything to escape this predicament. She wriggles in the bag, but can barely budge within it as her assailant and kidnapper slips a large cloth bag over her head and pulls her up off the floor. However, she is too resistant about this and her kidnapper lifts her off the floor over his shoulder, with Samus protesting all the way to the couch, where she is laid onto the cushions on her back.
With his captive on the couch, the kidnapper decides to get a better look at her, but when he looks at the photo, he realizes that he may have the wrong girl. He realizes the trouble he's in as he leaves poor Samus paralyzed on the couch. Samus resumes her struggles once she's all alone, but the configuration of bindings make it impossible to budge or get up. Calling for help does her no good, as her voice is too muffled from the stuff gag. She does manage to rise from the couch, despite the restrictive bondage, but this does nothing to alleviate her predicament. She squirms in the bag, but again can find no slack within her configuration of bindings. Even rolling around on the couch does her no good. And as she struggles and squirms on the couch, Samus is wondering, "Where is that madman? Doesn't he realize he's got the wrong girl? Will he even let me go?"
More long moments pass before the kidnapper returns, saying he came up with a solution. He affixes strips of duct tape on a D.Va face mask, which he affixes to Samus's face (and I'm thinking, "Come on. If there's one thing I've learned over the years, sometimes, it's to be careful on your attire. because you could be mistaken for someone else. It may not end up like how it ended for Samus, but you will have the Devil to pay should you end up in a similar predicament.
