Nah it's not just the cheating, he sexually assaulted Dorian.

Speaking for the character Dorian (since he is part of my personality ), no he was not assaulted. Dorian provoked it, wanted it, begged for it, and coaxed Chester into doing it. Dorian is the aggressor. Not Chester. I made it very clear that is was something that they both wanted at the time..even if one of them ended up regretting it later.

He tied Dorian to a chair, undressed him, and started molesting him. Just because Dorian got into it doesn't mean it wasn't assault.Β

It wasn't assault. Assault is when someone is violently attacked for no reason against their will without any form of consent. Dorian is a drug dealer who also steals men's wallets who was captured by Chester who is a cop. During a regular search Dorian started to coax him to do more to his body and Chester complied getting consent from both parties. Consent is key, if there is no consent then it is assault.
Dorian was assaulted in the comic, but not by Chester. He was attacked and beaten by a couple of street thugs against his will. That was the only time he was assaulted.

Chester lured Dorian to his house to arrest him but for some reason I can't remember, he can't take him to the station immediately. I'm sure there's gotta be a protocol there and it doesn't involve strip searching the suspect in your own home. Police sexually abusing suspects is a real problem in the real world, but fine it's a comic, let's move on. In page 13, Chester starts fondling Dorian, a suspect he's handcuffed and and undressed. Dorian tries to close his legs and Chester pries his legs open. Please tell me where the consent there was. Again I say just because Dorian gets into it, doesn't mean it wasn't sexual assault. Dorian is unable to get away from the encounter because he's handcuffed to the chair. It might not have been your intent, but it looks creepy af.Β
I'm not trying to attack your comic or you and before you accuse me of homophobia, I am gay. Which is why I don't like seeing gay people being predatory portrayed as a normal thing.

In the first few pages, when Chester follows Dorian into the club, Dorian FORCES himself on him then shoves his hand down his pants with no permission grabbing his member. By your own logic Dorian would be the assaulter-would he not? So why is it okay for Dorian and not Chester then. Can a cop who is slightly older and taller not be the victim?
It was not assault. I am the character who it happend to and that should always be the person you listen to and if they say it didn't happen then it didn't happn. Don't try to assert how my characters feel when you have no connection to them. You don't know what they think, you can't possibly know how they feel so please don't try to say something happend to them when they themselves say it didn't happen. Dorian does not consider it assault.

Dorian was physically restrained and under arrest. I'm not saying I understand how your characters feel, just telling you how it looks to me. I'm telling you why I feel uncomfortable with the relationship.Β

I was simply asking why one is okay and other other isn't in your view but who cares-it's pointless and I don't want to keep repeating myself. The rest of the comic was posted to another website that allows uncensored NSFW art. And it's only visible if you are a member so I guess you don't have to worry about not reading it.
