Here we have another picture, this time of Toadette, who debuted in Mario Kart : Double Dash!! as an unlockable character you could play as.

Any here we have in a swimsuit showing off her new physical body after finding a special mushroom which made her look like a professional bodybuilder. Originally the mushroom effects are not really permanent if she does get hurt the effects do revert on her. However as she's never gotten hurt by any villainous characters so her body is stuck like that for good even if she gets hurt, her body has coped with it.
