Many people have a distorted view of what love should be (I kinda blame books like that vampire story, you know). They should think it through before getting into something serious.

Twilight is a successful franchise, but the values it portrays are anything - ANYTHING - but normal. Vampires coming out during the day, werewolves who are actually lycanthropes; so very wrong - and then there's the whole thing about the cheapest possible production values that the movies came up with.
But people will buy anything.

Haha, true. I feel more sorry for all the you girls getting brainwashed with stupid ideals about how a couple behaves. No, girls, a guy that stalks you, watches you when you sleep, says he wants to kill you or let's his rampid family attack you is NOT a suitable and loving guy. There's so many good guys out there, and still the romantic books portays the "bad guys" as the most interesting love of your life. Crazy!
And yeah, I too root for the Ann Rice vampire, rather than the sparkly one...
