FULL VIEW PLEASE ^o^I don't really know what to say again o.o; Only that it's a Rattata, and it's damn cute >=]
Purple is my favourite colour n.n
Considered making a background, but decided against.
Time taken: 'Bout an hour (20min+ lineart, a half hour colouring)

I like the effect with the outlines and how they go with this different style of coloring ^^ no doubt straight from scanning to coloring, right? they, rattata, are adorable XD

*noddles* Yup, although the lineart was actually a bit too soft, so I layered it over itself two or three times.
I don't think I've tried this way of colouring before (oh wait... maybe once before ~__~ with an oekaki I did a while back) yet I'm quite a fan of it, since you've always pulled it off so brilliantly (Although you've been moving more into the soft shading kind of thing) and thus inspired me to want to do it sometime ^o^;
