Hi, I was at the conservation land for a few hours late this morning, and I saw lots of Cabbage White butterflies and a few monarch and some others. I was taking pics of this one, as it was laying eggs and flitting from flower to flower.. not staying on them long.I set my camera to "high speed burst shooting mode" and tried to capture in flight pics ... that were in FOCUS.....yeah that's the tough part. you can shoot "Fuzzy" flying butterfly pics all day long.. but why?... they wouldn't be worth posting or even saving in your pic master files.
Well I did shoot bunches, but thankfully it's digital, and all you do is delete them rotten pics. out of about 30 saved pics, I like this one the best...so Enjoy!

Yup....really pleased with the results . sharp eye, legs in focus, and a great wing position not hiding to much of the far side wing.

yeah I was pleased with the amount of good pics I had to choose from...I like this one because of the sharp eye and legs, plus a good wing position.
