This character is for personal use only> you can say that character belongs to you, you can use on comics, change the design, do arts and post them, etc.
But can't say that the original idea of the character belongs to you, the original art (the drawings that you received from me) are made by you, sell stuff relationated with the character, even with change of design etc.
