I've updated my Sailor Princess lineup again from the version 2.0 that I had done two years ago. This is 2.1 because I've kept the same poses from the version before, but have updated, improved and changed the girls a bit since that time. Mostly it was cleaning up the lineart, getting better at drawing faces and updating the girls' costumes a bit.2.0 Reboot: [link]
I'm considering adding Merida to the lineup of this. I'm not sure about her though as I never saw the movie Brave and she is Pixar's princess. Thoughts?
This lineup consists of women that I consider princesses. Mulan will never show up in this. A princess is one who was either born into royalty or married into it. Mulan is the first one that everyone points their finger at me with; here's the thing: Mulan was not royalty. She married Shang (apparently) in the second movie; he is not royaty. In the second movie, he is appointed Emperor. That's awesome for him, unfortunately that still does not make him a prince and her a princess. I've done the research, it doesn't work that way. Now other awesome women *could* potentially be in this lineup: Maid Marion from Robin Hood and Meg from Hercules. Depending on the story you hear, they are princesses. Unfortunately, in the Disney versions (which is what I'm going off of here) they are not labeled as such and so they are not included.
And on the same note I added Pocahontas to the lineup because Tiger Lilly from Peter Pan is called Princess and so should Pocahontas also be a princess. And before I even think of adding women with dubious entitlement, consider the six bonafide princess who are NOT in this: Ariel's sisters.

Sailor Names and Powers
Sailor Princess Aurora - Her singing voice causes vibrations in the matter around her - buildings can crumble, her songs can defen.
Sailor Princess Kida - With her power crystal, pure engery runs through her viens zapping anything in her path.
Sailor Princess Jasmine - Can call upon the sun and moon, blind enemies with beams of light or complete darkness, eclipses are her specialty.
Sailor Princess Ariel - She can sway the powers of the ocean deep (duh) speak to water animals, create monsoons...
Sailor Princess Tiana - Calls forth her Voodoo power to vanquish evil, and turn into a frog! Also has a pet Gator with powerful jaws!
Sailor Princess Pocahontas - Has the power of the wind and sweep enemies right off their feet! Hurricane winds make her a kick ass scout.
Sailor Princess Belle - She's all about enlightenment, telepathy, her book smarts outwit any advisary. Even has a magic mirror!
Sailor Princess Snow White - Can talk to animals! Has the ability to make her animal friends her little minions.
Sailor Princess Tiger Lilly - Calls forth spirits of the past with her ceremonial dances to fight!
Sailor Princess Nancy - She has the ability to travel through different dimensions and use technology like cell phones and powerpoint and hand guns!
Sailor Princess Cinderella - (my fav) she does not only kick ass but she can turn people in to (what else?) glass and transform anything glass into a weapon.
Sailor Princess Eilonwy - She can use magic, could control mist and fog as well.
Sailor Princess Rapunzel - Rapunzel has possessed hair that snakes out a grabs you like octopus tentacles!

I don't know. It's something to think about. My big concern though is if I add one lie-action movie princess, then I would need to include them all. I'm not sure who else is a live-action Disney princess other than Leia and whats-her-face from Princess Diaries. :\ I would want to find every live action Disney film royal and include their daughters.
I spend too much time thinking about princesses. I don't add them to my list unless they meet my (supposedly strict) requirements. It's a pain! *facepalm

I only say Princess Leia for now because for one, she was a princess in the SW Universe, and now that disney has bought the rights to SW, I guess that makes her a Disney Princess?

I like this picture but what I don't understand is why you didn't just pick the girls you wanted to draw and name it that way instead of having this whole spiel about who is a princess and who isn't. Maybe next time just pick and choose who want instead of setting parameters?

Ah yes, I had forgotten her. I knew of princess Dot, but forgot the older ant. Feel free to imagine them in the picture. They would be so tiny you couldn't see them. And as for Melody, like I said in my summary, before I even start on sequel princesses, Ariel has six other bonafied princess sisters who aren't in this. If anyone deserves to be in here, it's them.

Thank you for capslocking when you completely didn't need to. As I totally wish Belle had brown eyes, she really doesn't, they're a hazel. I color dropped right on a screencap from the film and that was the color I got. I am going to 'brown' it up eventually, when I get the chance. But thank's so much.

They are brown, just ask the animator and Paige O'hara (the voice of Belle). She has brown eyes the hazel comes from fans with hazel eyes being butthurt.

Belle's eyes are hazel, not brown. What evidence do you have that supports Belle having brown eyes? I've seen all the movies, examined Belle's eyes in every scene and they're hazel, not brown. Who are you gonna believe, some people who had no involvement in her eye color, or your own eyes? I even checked the merchandise and the Disney Princess franchise, they're hazel there as well.
Paige O'Hara also said that Belle was the first brown-eyed princess (WRONG!!! Snow White is, not Belle), and that the previous Disney Princesses all had blue eyes (WRONG!!! Snow White - BROWN eyes; Aurora - VIOLET eyes)

Yeah, so I understand that BatB is your favorite movie. It's mine too. Belle's your favorite character? Mine as well. But I took that color from a photo clip from the film. Her eyes are hazel. And it's a shame; I have brown hair and brown eyes and I would like nothing more for her to have eyes like mine. It's something we've just learned to accept. It is absolutely possible that the clip that I picked came from another animator or cell shader. You can tell in the film where they trade artists, it's pretty amazing. So please don't think I know nothing about my lady.

it doesn't really matter what those people say. the finished product in the film had HAZEL not brown. the lead animator and the voice actor could have said she was 50 feet tall and it wouldn't have mattered unless it was in the final product.

I was torn between putting this in Disney, and my Sailor Moon slot... in the end, Disney won out.
My favorites are Kida and Cinderella here! I think Kida's power crystal trumps them all (and am thrilled you included her in this. I think it's sad that she seems to be overlooked by a lot of the Disney corporation) and Cinderella could really be quite dangerous...
Well done with this crossover!
I'm tempted to draw a Sailor Princess Kida in action here... and maybe Cinderella... I dunno... But this is still awesome!

Being the daughter of the chief of a tribe does not make Tiger Lily and Pocahontas are princesses, and she appoints Peter that way because she is the daughter of the chief of the tribe, which does not make her a princess, since she does not inherit any political status.
