I taught myself to use acrylics, and this was my first serious attempt. All the beginner's mistakes are fairly blatant - mostly the bad coverage, which makes me wince when I look at it now - but I was pleased with this at the time so I have to own up to it now. I still rather like the general style of this, even if I can see the flaws in the execution.(Medium: acrylic on canvas)
