Description
This is the Zoukei-Mura 1/48 F-4EJ Kai Phantom II of the 301st Squadron with the Japan Air Self Defense Force in a commemorative retirement paint scheme from 2020. As you would suspect, the decals were quite challenging, and definitely not perfect, but turned out good enough for government work. Photos of this actual aircraft show a ton of stencils, just like the decals. It took days to add the stencils since it would drive you crazy adding them for more than 1 to 1 1/2 hours each day.

This one is very eye catching on my display shelf!
