On the whole, this drawing looks pretty well done. The shading is smooth and the highlights bring out the details nicely. One thing it could use would be some more dark tones, it helps to put some darks right next to the highlights to really make them shine and stand out. This would give the drawing some good contrast and add to the realism. I really like the subject matter, is it imagined? Also, the composition looks well thought out with good placement of the hand. A background might help pull everything together, even if it were just an even tone, perhaps a black to set the atmosphere. On the other hand, it does stand out nicely with the white. Overall, great drawing, good detail, cool creature. Keep up the good work.

I really love the design of your character. The value changes are awesome and texture is varied throughout your composition. There is also nice complexity of linework which is another great aspect of your picture.
