I love detective-themed point and click games, so when I tried Detective Grimoire, I went on to play Tangle Tower back in January. Great game with a really disappointing ending..

Everything else about the game was great though and I still enjoyed it a lot so I made some art for it!
I tried to emulate the artstyle used in the game, which is a painterly style for the backgrounds while the characters have strong outlines with flat colour.

I ended up playing Ghost Trick sometime afterwards, which was an honestly stellar detective game and so well written, that I was completely immersed in the story. And it had a really great ending and plot twist.
I'll have to make some art for that game too in a while...
