Oh baby it's good to be back. I've been itching to draw Supermare for a week but accidentally forgot to pack an eraser on the trip to New York. I sketched her out but was helpless to refine without one!
That title is a stroke of genius, by the way. :3 derpibooru.org/art/blacbewhite… It's good to be home, and I'm ready to rock.

I was actually writing a story very much like this except it starred DC's Comet the Superhorse from the Legion of Superpets as the title character. I canceled it after I got stuck in a hole. I've tried to start rewriting it but I just can't seem to get myself motivated to start.

I love Superman as an ideal, but as a character he's very rarely written well. A tiny detail like the scratches on this suit tells me I wouldn't have that problem with Supermare.

I gotta admit, Superman has to be one of my most favorite heroes. Screwattack's Death Battle series involving Superman VS. Goku made me even more sure of it. How he's more than just a character, but an ideal of how we all should be.

i'll be honest i've always hated superman, don't know why. maybe cause his weakness is a piece of rock ^^ who knows although i must say it fits AJ. you definatly put lots of detail into it.
to bad there's no background if there were some sort of city in the background this would be even cooler

the feel of this is just incredible; love the way her Bright green eyes contrast with the dark background. Plus her Hair flowing in the air like that just gives off a great look.

Thanks a lot, I'm glad you like her! A background would certainly be nice, although I'd like to start from scratch to achieve maximum coolness. I like the idea of App-El and will probably draw her again - with a background, of course.
