Interestingly, from left to right, this is how I would rate each of these in terms of raw magical ability, with Starlight being the strongest.
Starlight's magic has the potential to be more OP than Twilight if applied. Sunset was also a former student of Celestia, so she sits just below the OP protΓ©gΓ©, Moondancer studies hard, but is less naturally talented, and Trixie's magic - whilst still powerful - is traditionally more show/tricks/performance magic than sorcery and enchantments.
Just looking at this image gives me ideas at a fanfic wherein all of these have to pool their resources to overcome some evil and powerful magician...
