Oh, you mean like comment on the anatomy, or critique it.
Well for starters the whole bottom half of the body is completely wrong, it would only work if the character had scoliosis (google it), what I mean is that is all to the side and she is standing still, not posing (at least not with her body).
Her hands are purely drawn, try working on anatomy of hands and see how they work, see your own hands as reference, that helps a lot, also remember that the palm is a mass and it isn't flat.
Her right thigh (our view) should be seen bigger as itΒ΄s closer to us, the viewers, in other words, it should be about the same size but covering her other leg.
The perspective is also wrong, but that is whole other theme on itself.

You need to learn realism, perspective and anatomy first, also how to pose characters in interesting ways, then you can work from there your own style, because if you first do it the other way around you might start to see flaws in your style and then maybe have to redo your style or work it out a bit.
But you already got an idea of how to work, you just need to train your eyes for little flaws, also a tip when drawing, flip your drawing horizontally when working the sketch, you might find out flaws a lot easier that way.
Search for for tutorials on his youtube page, he is a great artist (imo) he also give a lot of tools in his webpage for all that is anatomy, posing and much more.
