Oh, I left the colors flat with no shading on purpose for this piece since the focus was more on the interaction between the two. However, yes, I do need to practice my backgrounds ;u; Backgrounds is my biggest weakness.

Well, according to the rules in Project-Comment, I was expecting a constructive comment from a member there. Members are expected to put in the official Project Emoticons when making comments on behalf of the group, just like how I did for yours.
Also, it feels neat and tidy for me and I want to take part in the Project Comment experience as a whole. Putting that emoji for me would help complete my experience. I hope you don't mind - it's really simple to do to!

Since this is just flat colors with clean+pencil lineart.. I'd say 100 points per character (assuming I'm drawing simple humanoid chibis or feral characters)

dont underprice your art!!! your time and work is worth so so so much more than the equivalent of $1.50. I know a lot of people have trouble pricing their art, but underpricing yourself actually hurts other artists, as well as yourself. if people underprice their work, non artists will undervalue it. your art is really cute and you obviously put work into it. I suggest not pricing any commission prices at anything lower than $10. the lowest my commissions personally go is $5, but that's for a very simple pixel icon. your art is worth so much more than just a dollar <3

Oh gee, thank you for your advice ;u; I have difficulty pricing my work, and because of past experiences, have been valuing myself lower and lower. I didn't had anyone who could help appraise or help price my work until you finally spoke up. Thank you so much, I think I needed this.

yeah, I feel you. I would do the same for a while, tbh. you're definitely going to get people who will tell you that your prices are too high, but tbh, they're not worth your time and business if they undervalue your art like that?Β
hmm. i dont think you really need to? its common to change your prices. if anyone questions it, just clarify that you have since changed your prices. shrugs.
