It's cool to see a behind the scences shot like this. Now that I have a closer look I fairly certain I've seen the guy on the front left in another show, but it's been a while since I've watched my tape to be certain.

If you mean Captain "Cap" Muramatsu (played by the late Akiji Kobayashi), then you might have also seen him in many of the early Kamen (Masked) Rider TV shows! The other famous superhero besides Ultraman.
If you do a web search, you'll no doubt find lots of cool behind-the-scenes pics of ULTRAMAN. Not to mention some really cool production designs.
BTW, ULTRA SEVEN is my favorite Ultra Series.
