Thanks, and thanks for providing the icons in the zip file. I was able to replace the icons manually with iFile. Tip: had to delete a cache file and respiring:
/var/mobile/caches/com.apple.iconscache/com.apple.mobileaddressbook_CFBundleIcon.

Great I am pleased to hear that. I myself did that too! However, I did not have any problems with the cache. Hope you like it! Sorry it wasn't the original redesign. I got a new Macbook Pro since that first version. And I didn't like it enough to redesign it again the same way.
