All I have to say is: 5-day battle school followed by a 9-day FTX in Gagetown.

3 days and two nights was the longest I ever went with out sleep ,the third night I sat in a hole and said F-it and sleep till morning ( did till one of my men to wake me if we where hit ,I let him sleep the night before )

Haven't been issued any rucks at all, been doing some marches on my BMQ with a patrol pack rigged to look like a ruck. @.@
But then again, it's all personal preferences, I've heard some saying that the old pattern 64 is god send, while the new ruck is apparently cancer.
