Description
"- Two human explorers have got a little lost trying to locate a settlement of gnome-like natives on this strange planet. But they are in safe hands by their guide, a guy from the village, who accidently found them while foraging in the dried out riverbed. They are not far away from the village now..."Vue 8.4 Complete render, imports from DAZ Studio - genesis characters. Some "static plant" organisms, others with Vue solidgrowth.

That is an amazing peace with so many details. I really love the haze in the background which gives an very good impression about the distance...and how huge these bigger static plant organism are. And the alien pet is kinda cute.^^

This is very good, To be honest the majority of other Vue renders I see in the science fiction category seem, well, very lackluster and noticeably fake even from a distance. Gets the feeling that most who fill the genre don't really know how to utilize the program properly, and if they ever learn they start favouring realism which is fine, but as they do their creativity goe sout the door as they render meadow after meadow
This harmonizes both a realistic use of lighting and textures (love the use of Sub Surface Scattering in the plants) with a noticeably alien setting. As a fan of astrobiology, particularly with alien plants, I'd sure have a field day in this scene, taking as many cuttings to return home as I could
