While this is ancient. I found the original image after a long and arduous journey, since the art-style was reminiscent of an artist I followed on Pixiv 8 years ago who has strong ties with the game company 'TOUCHABLE'.
It was also difficult trying to track down the artist's Pixiv account again, since he deleted so many of his illustrations on there, most importantly the one I was trying to use to reverse-search for him involving two loli characters breastfeeding on an older girl with big oppai.
In any case, the original illustrator is ๆฒณๅๆต (Kawahara Kei; also read as Kawahara Megumi). He had the image in the wallpaper on his ~old~ PET SHOP homepage way back in 2005 before deleting it from his gallery a year or two afterwards. He shuffled around his illustrations and website contents constantly, which made extracting as many of his old illustrations as possible with Wayback Machine incredibly difficult.
The original filename for the above wallpaper is 'yosinoya.jpg'. With the information I provided as a groundwork, it shouldn't be too difficult for anyone here to find his old website and find the image for themselves. Not particularly sure why this artist liked deleting his old illustrations so readily... He had some really nice ones on his Twitter that are currently existing in twitpic archive limbo...

Kei has a very distinct art-style. It was very easy for me to tell it's his illustration in the wallpaper by the way he does the his eyes and faces along with his voluptuously busty pear-shaped figures.
Production Team Touchable is an adult game company whose main series 'ไพต่' (Shinsyoku) is popular for having loli characters with both big and huge boobs (ใญใช็ไนณใปใญใช่ถ
ไนณ). There's no male protagonists, so it has a pseudo-yuri feel when it comes to the girlsโ relationships with each other and their tentacle monster pets (instead of tentacle rape, it's more like if your pet dog jumps on you and laps at your face, but ecchier). My personal favourite is 'ไพต่2 ๏ฝๆทซ้ญใฎ็่ด๏ฝ'ย (Available on DLSite) since the heroine, Akizawa Kurumi (็งๆฒขใใใฟ) is utterly adorable and has inspired many Japanese artists into the 'ใญใช็ไนณ' (Lolibakunyuu) genre.ย Kei was doing a lot of stuff for them since most of his tastes were in line with their own, which included a short manga tokuten he did for one of their games.
