She’s from the ritual dimension – a fan made dimension.

-Harmony was a human that after performing a certain ritual managed to connect her soul to a rare card/ace monster called "Lady of Ghosts, Witch of Lights and Shadows". The ritual required a human sacrifice and Harmony didn't hesitate to kill an innocent girl to complete it.
-After being discovered Harmony was executed, but death didn't put her to rest as the ritual she performed granted her to come back to life as a ghost.
-Her spirit was then sealed away in a crypt of an old cemetery and Harmony was trapped there for years till two twins known as Yin and Yang freed her and in the process they stole Harmony's card.
-Harmony chased them down in order to retrieve her card and to get her hands on the twins' card "Fragment of Lights and Shadows" too
-Unable to harm the twins with spells or curses [due to the "Witch" card which protected the twins], Harmony decided to stick around the two in order to find a way to get their cards without having her spells backfired - she also decided to protect them from the Obelisk Force who apparently wants to capture them.

Fun facts: Harmony's long braid keeps floating around and Yin and Yang always try to catch it when they are bored XD Also Ying and Yang have started to see Harmony as a sort of big sister/mom figure lol

Also Harmony doesn't walk, but she floats around all the time.
