My second time doing a bird shoot, this time, doing it with a telephoto lens (400mm, f/5.6). I think it went slightly better this time, but the main problem was getting the exposure right, as the lens had a pretty small aperture for this sort of thing, making a lot of the images I took look dark. I'll probably do it with a 300mm f/2.8 next time.
