Yeah so. I tried this new shading technique of mine out with pencil this time rather than photoshop, and I really like how it turned out. Although, after completely finishing this drawing I was dissapointed that I had spent so much time on a fan art ...This is also kinda interesting, because it's not my full caracature of Link. This isn't his wierd dorky and stupid twin that I ALWAYS draw him as, so I decided to go a little outside of the box.
I kinda liked his nose though.
Yeah the reason also why i spent so much time on it is because I drew it at Sunday dinner with all my family, and was continuously asked to draw pictures for the small children in the process.
BUT IT WAS SO MUCH FUN!

Oh, and now that I'm taking another look at it, I notice that his expression is this great, "You talkin' to me, punk? GO AHEAD! Make my day." I don't know. Maybe I'm putting stuff on him, but it's as if he's one second away from growling at someone and getting in a fight. Which is probably why I'm still giggling at it.

Beefy Link! Ah yes, I alway appreciate his beef better than his scrawn(y). But scrawny Link is funny. Pretty sure Zelda likes him this way too.

And because I'm annoying and you just hate me, I have just a bit of constructive criticism for you. The shading on his face under his cheek bone and eye seems a bit too dark possibly. This may also seem that way because his face outline doesn't show super high or prominent cheek bones. I love his expression though, the eyebrow especially!
Ah Sunday dinners... I just remember that one I went to, that was so much fun. Then we just passed out on the drive home.

Sunday dinners RULE. We actually went back to the same place you went with us. Exept they got their kitchen all...remodeled n crap and it looks COMPLETELY different....it's reallly awesome.
