Wow! I always try to choose characters who have features like me. If they're thin and have an angular face, big eyes... XD Mainly my boyfriend tells me who I am alike when we play a new game XD And I need to like the character and the game, of course, not only because it's design but for it's personality and history.
Making the costumes as accurate as possible takes time to find the fabrics and materials, to do the patterns... Sometimes I have to repeat a complete piece to get the result I want. I'm very perfectionist I think... And make up is very, very important too. Then having such good photographers as friends helps a lot
