Pfft no worshiping. I can try to do a little walkthrough on how I did the mountains though when I get some free time. ^^ If you see the comment below this one though you'll see there wasn't much to it, lol.  As for the horse...I think it's mostly a product of now I've developed a sense of how I like the musculature to look...was there something specific you had in mind? c:

Nope, not really. I guess I better start learning more about the horse superficial muscles before I do any complex shading. And the horse looks smexy, Dwarf!

I don't know if you're a visual learner like me, but what I did that really helped was I found a good stock reference of a horse in the sunlight that clearly showed how the light and shadows interacted to create the muscles and the shine. I then took that as a reference and tried to paint a copy of exactly how it looked.  I ended up changing it a little but it gave me a good foundation in how it works, and I've found it's really helped me to be confidant in my horse shading. :3

Hmm...I can try to do so once I get some free time.  It was fairly simple, and mostly only works because I used a large canvas so this far zoomed out you can't see how scribbly it actually is. XD Pretty much just had my reference and the canvas side by side, color picked appropriate colors, and scribbled away.  Add a pot of patience and eye strain and you've got it.
