Whew this one took a good minute, but I personally really like how it turned out.Playing around with a futuristic background for the first time sure was fun.
2B is a lovely character glad someone asked for her. Hopefully be able to use her in another
project in the future.

How on earth did you achieve this level of realism on that feet? Is it the morph? The texture? Lighting? Photoshop?

all of the above except photoshop. it's a mixture of bump/normals, displacement, morphs, and proper lighting.

It's a mixture of mesh and an HDR, couldn't give you exact specifics. I do remember however that it's at least 3 mesh lights.
There's a back light, a "filling" light, and a ground light. I don't remember which HDR I used.
