I guess Zak got bored and wanted to play with a Flashlight Frog. I'll leave who's yelling at him to your imagination. 
This strange little thing came to mind months ago and I'm just now drawing it. Inspiration likes to abandon me

I lol'd so hard at the thumbnail when I saw it. I REMEMBER IT. 
Actually it was on recently whenever the heck it was I saw it...uh. CN played it, anyway. I don't remember if it was during one of their Looney Toons plays I was watching or on the marathon they had before, but I'm sure they'll play it again maybe during another marathon too.
