* Ok, I'm kinda pissed with the hand again. I can't seem to draw it right. >A<* Ok, I just draw this today and I;m quite happy with the result. (except with Spain's hand).
*Actually, this is called 'Untitled' because I really don't know what to call it. Can anyone please give me some suggestions on what to called it?

Good job on this! I see why you'd be so critical about Spain's hand (the fingers are a bit on the thin side), but really, it's not bad at all

You can name it blinded. Cause Spain has a bandage over one eye and Romano has Spain's hand covering one of his eyes. And hey, your hand is better then what I can do. I just draw circles for hands.

The only problem I see in your picture is, doesn't Spain have green eyes? It looks blue in this, but my eyes might be bad.
