Gion better known by her alias Momousagi is a Marine Vice Admiral but also secretly a member of SWORD.

A determined and temperamental woman who is not afraid to speak her mind, even against a senior officer like Garp. She believes in Moral justice as she seemed bothered that Garp was not the least bit worried about his grandson being in danger of being hunted down by two Emperors, despite the latter being a pirate of the Worst Generation. Gion uses her seductive hospitality to lure all kinds of pirates into trouble. She is also deceptive enough to have hidden her connections to SWORD that when the other members were captured, she was beneath suspicion and thus able to get the members out from execution.

She has Advanced Observation/Armament Haki, Wind/Light Nature Haki, and Moral Justice Haki. She ate the Speed-Speed Fruit, a Paramecia that allows her to manipulate her speed in various ways such as constant velocity, acceleration inducement, afterimage manipulation, hyper velocity alteration, inertia manipulation, process speed manipulation, remote motion manipulation, speed augmentation, speed reduction for others, etc.
