He is not freezer... Actually this guy is Freezer's brother Cooler... and it hasn't got the M sign on the head, if you don't trust me look for Cooler, and you'll see.

I love the Majins too, their BADASS! I'm working on some enemies for DBZ (Idon't realy like the show but I love the manga and love to create characters) Well, one of the main Viliians name is Brazul, He is a saiyen but no normal saiyen. He is the legendary Shadow Saiyen. I'll draw him soon and a few more Majins. Even a majin king named Joon-Buu
