Neddy is walking across the street and almost gets hit by a car, but luckily, she was in the middle of a lane so the car passed right over her. Close call.

Neddy notices an open gate and goes through. There was a nice puddle to drink from. She was thirsty. She inched her way over to the puddle near a hole in the fence, and when she finally got there, she stopped. She heard meowing. As she looked to her left she noticed a cat, and she knew it would mess with her until she keeled over, no matter how far into her shell she hid. Where could she get away from? That hole on the fence. She dashed (as fast as a turtle could) towards it, and barely made it in time, then someone came outside, and the cat ran away. For the moment, she was safe.
