I'm not sure what to say about this, but I'll start away, because there is so much xD
Originally, this was supposed to be a traditional drawing, but sadly I was at school, and don't remember what OVER-1 looks like, so I drew a simple posture sketch, and inked it later when I'm home.

I'm also not sure do I like the inking or not. I mean, it's alright, until the colouring came along d: Or that's just how I feel. My brother, bibo-bright commented a lot on the inking process. One of it was 'Why does OVER-1 look grimmer than X?'
I haven't even realised that I went overboard with the inking, but when he pointed that out, I just told him I'll keep it, since I like the contrast he has with Kalinka.
Plus, it kinda separates him from X? I'm not sure should OVER-1 be grimmer than a already grim series. d: Because at that point this pic just looked funny, especially with that 'Nothing says leadershish material other than taking a shit, right?' quote that Kalinka originally had.
He also said something about whether does OVER-1 have a voice, and if he does, does he carry an accent? And after that came the dark humor jokes about the Soviet Union :V Our conversations are pretty discomforting to the third party, right?
The bg was...very lazy. I wanted them to stand in a corner of a room, but I didn't like how it was looking. So I ended up in a room scene with a bunch of random equipment. Bah.

What Kalinka was gonna say to OVER-1 was changed several times. At first, it was a reference to a joke that was on Discord, Kalinka being the secret boss of the very final world of RockmanxOver. But it just felt narcissistic, so I erased it. There's another quote for her that came from a GTA V/Online YTP that was originally said by Lamar, one of the game's characters. But that's really stupid too.

And since I don't feel like writing anything dramatic, I just had her patting on OVER-1's back. d: Plus, RockmanxOver is a cool game, I wish there was more story about it ^^

Also, I've been listening to a lot of love songs while drawing this. I don't know why, normally it doesn't feel very awkward when I do the same with other drawings xD
