Yes, Luigi during his final Smash after the house was brought down ( pun intended). But why does he dance while making the zone?? XD
I could never figure that out ???

I play alot with him but I still can`t use Extreme Speed.

Well considering his position on the tier List and the reasoning behind it Lucario is a good character.
His Jump last a bit to long for me, and his attacks dont have a 'feel' to them. since none are really direct and they use Aura.
which grows in damage along with lucraios damage.
Extreme Speed doesnt do damage.But it has points to it that are helpful in a match.

Jigglypuff should be cutten off. It`s quite difficult to control and it`s Final Smash is actually quite easy to dodge.
