First of all, this conveys a great and relaxing fantasy atmosphere and the effects and colors complement this feeling really well.
The main problem I see here is the lack of technical skill. On the one hand you have blended all stocks accurately, but on the other hand the perspective is off everywhere, that is to say choice and placement of stocks are not very good. If you take a look at the bridge and the lake, you'll notice they are shown from the top while most other objects have a straight angle. In your following manips you should also be more aware of lighting and shadows. Again, all elements in here are lit from different angles, what lets this piece down a lot and is to the disadvantage of realism and authenticity. If the sun is placed directly behind the monument why doesn't the architecture throw deep shadows down the landscape? You can easily compare the occurring effect to a solar eclipse for example.
While composing your image, also keep in mind the dimensions and proportions. Some of the butterflies are way too big and the tiger seems huge compared to the small leopard on the left.
