"Release me Pirate." Kaellen glared intently into Tern's teasing face. This whole thing was a game to him, and she wasn't about to be his pawn."Nuh uh." Came his simple response. "Not until you admit it." He smiled, smugly, daring her to make a move.
"I won't, because it isn't true." Despite her efforts to remain nonchalant, she could feel the colour rush to her cheeks. His face closed in on hers, his breath warm against her tingling skin.
"What's the matter? Fallen princess can't face the fact that she's in love with someone she thinks couldn't ever possibly be in her league?" He chuckled darkly, letting up his grip.

Holy crap it's been a while.
For months and months I've been scribbling and doodling, but I haven't finished anything at all. With how busy I've been with college work, its a miracle I've had time to even do anything.
I've been working a lot on my narrative, and I've been wanting to do some illustrations for it, so here we are xD
The characters are Kaellen (Female) and Tern (Male).
Eh, this isn't good or anything but I'm just stoked I finished something xD

Hm, the story is classic adventure style, set in a kinda futuristic victorian kind of era. It's about a demon who is trying to unleash hell on earth . You can definitely read it when it's done, although it's taking a while at the moment. 18,000 words and i've barely scratched the surface xD
