Luffy has read the newspaper that his brother is about to get executed in a week and ever since he's befriended with the Pirate Empress, who is a Warlord, she has access to travel to the Navy Ship to enter Impel Down and Marineford. She suggest Luffy that she can take him here, but the issue is, how can they sneak Luffy into the ship? Luckily, there's an Amazon Lady who's able to shrink him down and that gives Boa an idea to choose between in between her cleavage, or inside her high heels. So Boa decided that Luffy will be less noticeable in her heels. Just as long as Luffy is quiet.
