Nelliel is supposed to see Ichigo on the Human World, she went to a specific location where she's supposed to meet him, but unfortunately, she didn't see him. She waited for a while and she still didn't see him. She didn't leave cause she still felt Ichigo nearby, so she decide to look for him. Good news is, she's right, Ichigo was nearby. Bad news, he somehow became very tiny, he doesn't know why, but he tries to get Nelliel's attention. Fortunately, Nelliel seems to be heading towards him, but she's not looking down. Ichigo got crushed by her while he's trying to get her attention. She finally noticed him, but it was too late as he was crushed under her soles. That's where she learned to watch her steps
