Description
This lovely dutchie was an artistic liberty design commissioned by my good friend for his sister.
I had a lot of fun working with the Neapolitan ice cream theme, while still trying to make a unique and beautiful character.
I think I did a pretty wonderful job of bringing this character to life. ^_^Thank you so much for commissioning me!
