They have a more organic look than robotic here, and the only excuse I can give is that I've spent the last month or two drawing nearly only 'Inuyasha' fanart. Not that I was impressively skilled at robots to begin with, but...
And let it be clear, they are only cuddling. Which is, er, vaguely wrong in and of itself, but... No genetalia! No sex! Only cuddling!

Who said anything about love? Certainly not me. And as for enjoying his presence--I'm not sure Megatron would have kept him alive if he didn't enjoy it, if only because Starscream gives him something to vent his frustrations on.

Starscream has an inferiority complex, Megatron is an egomaniac. This means that Starscream, who is constantly boasting to hide his own supposed incompetence when he doesn't actually step up to the plate, is obsessively admiring of Megatron yet at the same time loathes him to the very core, which causes irrational drama, which Megatron enjoys, because he thinks he's the best thing since sliced bread, thus compelling him to milk Starscream for his every worth in knowing he is better than the poor Seeker. Ego stroke ego stroke ego stroke.

I have been searching for some Transformers slash/yaoi and yay it does exist!!!I <3 you forever! Robots don't have genitals, of course, (or do they?!??) but you could, *cough* improvise, you know, I'm sure they have..something. Bumblebee does "pee" in the new movie.
(Loves any sort of yaoi, mostly ones that are 18+)

I love yaoi as much as the next fan girl, but they're friekin' robots. Okay, I know that Starscream was Mega's bitch durring the G1 cartoon but... there's just something about robot yaoi that does't sit quite right with me.
However, you have got some nice skill as far the the artwork goes. Good job on that, the color is spot on and the shading's not bad.
