I'm getting used to a new computer setup. Installing and configuring hardware and software, whoopee. I installed my ancient Wacom Artpad--circa '90s, with a working area the size of a postage stamp--on this computer. As a challenge to myself, I tried inking one of the sketches in Son of Fraggle Doodles in digital form. Halfway through, the skippy lines convinced me that the surface was too rough. But I remembered buying a replacement surface for it! And I actually found it, along with its invoice, dated 1998. THIS is why I don't throw things away.

Anyway, it's not too bad for a first-ever attempt to ink onscreen. I don't foresee throwing away my Sakura pens anytime soon, but this has definite possibilities, especially for fur and hair textures. My right arm and shoulder might not even ache after a Fraggle pic.
