In FNaF4 Nightmare has no substance -literally. They are a nigh-shapeless omnipresent demon.
And their character in this comic is a very protective, heartwarming mama bear. I love it.

In the game, Nightmare is a semitransparent reskin of Nightmare Fredbear.Β I wanted to take it in a different direction, so I made Nightmare so big it doesn't even fit in a panel, and so dark that inner lines only show when it's impossible to tell what's going on with its hands otherwise.Β And, yeah, Mama Bear 'cause I wanted to.Β
