I really love the way you characterize Nightmare. It's one thing to give a character "made to scare" its own personality, but it's something entirely different to give them such compassion, empathy, and a gentle disposition. It's also nice to watch all the sides of Plushtrap unfold, as she's easy to anger and quick to tease, but still so concerned for the well-being of others. Puppet's clear hesitance to accept his own emotional weakness is powerful in and of itself. He takes so much (especially from Springtrap). He can't always be so strong.
At least Mama Nightmare is there to help.

Quick question about design choice, why did you make Nightmare completely opaque rather than see-through?

I feel so bad yet so happy for mama Nightmare at the same time! The same for the Puppet. I feel sad that he's hurting but I'm happy he has Nightmare and Plushie to comfort him.
