Previous: Next:Originally I was going to make Nightmare a black shape with no inner lines, a shadow monster. Then I realized that the second panel would have zero impact; you'd just see Springtrap's disembodied head floating in the darkness.
For trivia's sake, the voice I hear in my head when I write Springtrap's dialogue is Jim Cummings as Negaduck . And Plushtrap, as I have probably mentioned, is Christine Cavanaugh as Gosalyn Mallard .
EDIT: The popcorn ghost is so popular he's now an emoticon! Enjoy.

Boy, I never thought of Jim Cummings' Negaduck for the voice of Springtrap...... but yeah, I see how that would work! I think personally, I always imagined Springtrap in your comics being John DiMaggio as Bender ....... something about the robotic a-hole genre i guess XD

I love how Nightmare threatens him with boredom instead of physical violence. Especially since I'm sure being held in one place would annoy Springtrap much more than someone trying to attack him.

You don't have to apologize. I agree that the story is great and very fun to read, but we must not forget that those who create comics, books or music ect. Whether if it's a profession or a hobby, are people too and that they also have lifes aside from their job or hobby.

It's not out of character. The Puppet doesn't like to see people harmed, especially if the result would make the situation worse than it is by turning Springtrap even meaner.

It's been so long... since I've left a nice lengthy comment in a Springaling or in a comment section overall!
First of all; I loved how you portrayed the personalities of the ghost children. Some are sitting down or standing, looking with interest at the spectacle. One ghost is happily munching popcorn, another one sitting with their legs crossed in a defensive position and looks like it's thinking; "Seems like you're getting what's coming for you, dummy." and another laying on its stomach and waving it's legs slowly with an amused expression. I love all of them! 
However, my personal favorite isn't Poppy ("The popcorn ghost" is too long for a nickname for me. 
I admit that I would’ve been happy seeing Springtrap being turned into a quivering mess or something similar by Nightmare and company, but I’m glad though Marionette stepped in and explained to Nightmare that a forced apology from Springtrap wouldn't be the same as a sincere one.
Another reason I believe that it was good of Ian to stop Nightmare is that if it had been successful in making Springtrap ”apologize” to his victims, it wouldn’t have served any purpose other than creating more bad blood between Ian and BOB. Turning them from frenemies to enemies. It would’ve only made the slight teensy possibility of Ian to reach whatever goodness he hopes to find in Springtrap, not only much more harder, but most likely impossible forever. Because I doubt Springtrap would’ve forgotten about that ”humiliation” or let bygones be bygones.
I doubt BOB would’ve been so cocky towards Nightmare if it weren’t for Plushtrap and the Freddles being there and watching too. I don’t think Mama Nightmare would've done anything violent towards Springtrap in front of its kids . That's what I think it might be, I could be wrong.
P.S Got to love Marionette's tired expression. ”Whatever, I’m so done with you. I’m going to watch some TV or play some Game Boy now.” He’s a tired soldier.

You understand the situation perfectly. The apology would have helped no one and would have made Springtrap angrier and nastier. He remembers what Calvin said about his big brother's apologies; they were forced by his parents, and he never meant them. The Puppet doesn't know it, but that strikes a nerve with the nightmares, which is why Nightmare releases him so readily. A good thing, too, since Nightmare might have turned a longstanding grudge against said brother against Springtrap. That would have been an ugly sight.
If it helps, Springtrap is not out of the woods yet. He stuck one foot into his mouth; he has another one left. And he may catch it from another direction the next time.
The Marionette looks like he'd like to have a stiff drink. For him, that would be a milkshake. Actually, what he'd really like is a single day without Springtrap acting like a jerk. He knows better than to expect miracles, though.

I get the feeling that if BOB keeps jerking off, thinking there'll be no consequences for his behavior, he's bound to get a big scary mental smack down from the nightmares. Maybe that's from there "the one day miracle" may come true?
It's going to be fun to see how Springtrap just makes the situation worse to himself. Stupid 'ol bunny!
